ROAT® Website Hosting Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptance of ROAT Website Hosting services from ROAT Corp. indicates complete acceptance of these policies and agreement to abide by them. Violations of these policies will result in immediate termination of hosting services with no refund of prepaid fees.

Unacceptable Content:

• Data that is in violation of federal, state, or local law

• Promoting illegal activities

• Hacker programs

• Pornographic, sex oriented, and other adult content

• Copyrighted material unless you own the rights or have written permission to use

• Data or any activities that are an invasion of privacy

• Data or activities that may be damaging to the hosting servers or any other server on the Internet

ROAT® Website Hosting Cancellation and Refund Policies

You can cancel ROAT Website Hosting services by sending an email to info@roatcorp.com or by calling (317) 576-8528. No cancellation fee is charged for cancellation with a 30 day advance notice. Fees paid for service up to the notice of cancellation are non refundable. If cancellation is made within the first 30 days of service, hosting fees paid will be refunded less two months service charge. This refund is restricted to website hosting fees only and does not include fees paid for domain name registration, website development costs, or other services provided. Failure to properly notify ROAT Corp will result in additional monthly charges until notice of cancellation is received.

Site Statistics and Analysis

For ROAT.com customers that host their website with us, we include, in the cost of the hosting plan, a Site Statistics "CEO Report" that is emailed weekly to 1 or 2 designated email addresses to monitor their site statistics. If you currently host your website with us, you should already be receiving this report each week. (If not, contact us, and we will verify what email address it is being sent to.)

The CEO Report(free with ROAT.com hosting) includes the following statistical data:

• Top Visited Page

• Referring Websites

• Entry Pages

• User Paths

• Platforms Used by Site Visitors

• Browsers Used by Site Visitors

• Monthly Totals

• Weekday Totals

• Search Engine Breakdown

For many website owners, the CEO Report provides plenty of data to monitor website performance and makes sure the website is being used effectively. For website owners that need more data with private login access anytime, ROAT.com can provide access to our full statistics software for an additional $5/month fee. This service includes many standard reports, along with data mining, which provides you with fully-detailed reports that allow you to drill-down and analyze your statistical data to a very granular level.
